OVERVIEW
The American Express Centurion Lounge was a one-of-a kind, luxury chalet experience to Lionshead Village, Vail’s premier ski destination, from January 16th - 20th, 2020. Card Members and their guests were able to escape the slopes and enjoy exclusive access to handcrafted drinks and bites, recovery and renewal activities, and crafts for the kids.
This Après Ski themed pop-up experience was intended to tease and celebrate the opening of the permanent Centurion Lounge coming to Denver Airport in 2020.
This lounge served as a premium retreat in a busy ski environment, while delivering a remarkable experience for Platinum + Centurion Card Members and their guests.
The goal of this activation was to surprise and delight Card Members and increase their card satisfaction, while also driving card envy and acquisition.
