APPROACH
As Creative and Design Director, I led the translation of the town of South Park into a physical environment that fans could walk into and experience firsthand.
The project started in conversation with the South Park animation team: identifying which moments from the show had enough visual specificity, humor, and fan recognition to become real environments. From there, the process moved through show references, venue photos, AI-assisted concept visualizations, client buy-in, production strategy, fabrication planning, graphic wraps, file breakouts, and install.
The work was not about making South Park realistic. It was about protecting the show’s flatness, awkward proportions, direct jokes, and cartoon logic while translating it into real architecture, guest flow, materials, and production constraints.
MY ROLE
Design direction, environmental graphics, scenic translation, production artwork, vendor-ready file systems, and install support.

Original Key Art
Recreate the town, not just the brand.
Rather than build a generic fan activation, the environment was structured as a temporary South Park street. Four locations from the show became the foundation of the experience:
Tweek Bros. Coffee
DikinBaus Hot Dogs
Crunchy’s Micro Brew
Men’s + Women’s Bathroom Takeovers
Each location had to feel native to the show while working within real site conditions, container architecture, guest flow, and production constraints.
